Medicon Group is a unit of Medi Consultant Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Registration Act 1956, with almost a hundred colleagues based across 29 states — all from healthcare services and consulting backgrounds.
We provide industry-leading health claim investigation, case management, audit and assurance, healthcare consulting, hospital marketing, medico-legal, hospital empanelment, cashless mediclaim, and risk and financial advisory services to some of India's most reputed brands.
Over time we have grown into a national supplier of technology-enabled, comprehensive healthcare management solutions — developing methods that improve efficiency and accuracy from arranging and processing patient records through to filing claims and reducing non-compliance.

He has an impressive record of leading teams to success by leveraging extensive knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, and a deep understanding of the medical insurance field that has enabled him to develop products and services which improve patient care and reduce costs.
Deepak Kaushik
Co-founder
A dynamic co-founder with a diverse background across healthcare and the service industry. He has experience across health insurance management in both public and private sectors, and a record of helping clients toward growth and profitability. A people-oriented leader with a deep understanding of healthcare insurance business processes, he led a team developing health insurance claims and management solutions for sustainability challenges facing hospitals in India.

Co-founder with 14+ years of background in business development, product innovation and health insurance management. He has a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with investors, customers and partners, and an excellent reputation among private TPAs and in the hospital industry for developing and implementing strategies that increase profits.
Vijay Sonam
Healthcare Consultant
A seasoned healthcare consultant with over 18 years of national and international cross-functional experience across healthcare, medical tourism, clinical research, education and pharmaceuticals. A graduate in pharmacy with an MBA in pharma business, he has delivered hospital services consultancy projects for over 600 hospitals and healthcare clients, and is proficient in hospital accreditation, planning and design, remote healthcare and business expansion strategy.

He retired as CEO of Family Health Plan Insurance TPA — a group company of Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd — in 2017, and was most recently Chief Business Officer at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. He has over 31 years in the healthcare industry and maintains excellent working relationships across insurance, the corporate world and medical care.
