Responsibilities we take care of

We first learn about you

Micro-level assessment of your current programme and a hospital gap evaluation covering technology upgrades, system improvements, permits, and administrative and human resource requirements. We run an education campaign, establish a steering committee and a reporting task force for documentation, identify and define the process approach, define your accreditation policy and set goals, then apply for NABH accreditation, avail the pre-certification audit and act on the auditors' suggestions.

Then we guide you

We prepare the framework and handbooks for quality monitoring, medical safety, sanitation regulation and disease prevention. We implement and train all staff in the use of formats and procedures, run a self-assessment of the system, train in-house auditors and carry out the first internal audit. Non-conformities get disciplinary steps and a strategic review meeting, and we provide corrective measures for the assessors' final NABH audit — through to accreditation.

Process we follow

Four stages to accreditation

    Preparing & filing

    Hospital gap analysis, sensitisation of staff, documentation and filing the NABH application form.

  2. 02

    Implementation & mock drill

    We implement, train your teams and conduct mock drills to confirm the hospital is genuinely ready.

  3. 03

    Final assessment

    Specific findings are addressed at the end of each evaluation day, and we help you respond to them.

  4. 04

    Review & submission

    NABH assessors review the application and raise queries, we answer them, and you get awarded.
